pt2 0 Posted September 13, 2006 I was getting myself ready to shoot clouds for the texture folder, camera on trippod, when this airplane passed... I can't help it but to see figures, faces, animals in these. I hope you enjoy their "texture". Link to comment
mandar1 0 Posted September 13, 2006 PT, I like this and the aeroplane acts as a focal point and does draw the attention but I think in a good way. Sort of provides a context. In some cases the high altitude clouds are indeed due to the aeroplanes. Works for me! Link to comment
shotokan 0 Posted September 14, 2006 I am a big fan of "faces" in clouds, so this works well for me. There is definately a cotton-like texture to this image. This being said, I think that to emphasize the "texture" large cumulonimbus clouds may have worked better. Well done PT. Cheers, Mark Link to comment
dominiquedodge 0 Posted September 16, 2006 I like it more for having the plane there - definitely a plus. Question about the state of the world: how long can you look at the sky without seeing a plane ? Where have all the birds gone ... Link to comment
giuseppe_miriello1 0 Posted September 17, 2006 i don't get faces, animals, etc etc... but clouds works very well as textured pattern on the image... the plane is something that attracts the eye and gives the image a twist: being so much on the right it leaves the space to textures so the theme is fit, but having it still make the image something different from the classical textural shot. pt2 0 Posted September 19, 2006 Thank you all for your comments! Dominique: and during the night on countryside one can also see satellites... Thank God we don't see them during daylight... Link to comment
