the blue lights and the clouds are perfect. if the city were super sharp, this picture would be PERFECT... awesome shot... the light and the clouds and the way you framed it are so good it almost looks unreal...

I think I know the feeling you must have had when you saw this, at least, as a photographer... "Good God, this is a winner." Doesn't happen to me very often. It IS from my perspective unique, aesthetic and loaded with power. No other photo of this event I've seen shows the clouds.
