The upper part of the frame is too soft for my taste, the arms and hair too blurred, the transition too sharp. The lighting is intriguing and the clothing accentuates it nicely. I like the way the legs fade to nearly nothing from the hips down and that works nicely. I wonder if you could try for the same kind of effect on top somehow. Perhaps try to dodge the print around the arms in order to darken them a bit. That might soften the blur.
