September Blues

As summer slips into autumn the skies of the Arizona High Country

take on a very special and rich hue of blue,.

Nice scene. I like the way the sky shifts from light blue to dark as you look from bottom to top.

It's a natural phenomenon in high altitude. You also at times get a natural vigretting to you photo's. I suppose there's a crackerjack explanation for it, but I can't explain it myself. Thanks for the nice commnet.

It was taken about a mile from my home.

Maybe there is some good in the humitity in Arizona. This is beautiful. The blues are stunning. I have visited Arizona and this picture truly masks the insufferable heat.

In contrast to popular beliefs all of Arizona isn't barron deserts with vultures perched on ever cactus. Beautiful summers and artics winters separate the tourists from the hearty residents. Thanks for your most pleasant comment.
