Unfortunately the conditions weren't very favourable for you, although having said that you certainly caught the drama of the storm and the turbulence of the sea. I would be inclined to crop out the foreground detail and a sizeable part of the sky, and then perhaps try boosting the contrast to see if you can bring more detail out of that central rock.
