It seems a little bit too dark. Also, there's no attention grabber- the center of the photo is empty. There are just the waves above.

This has some visual impact and I like the dark mood but I can't help but want to see either a sharper image with a faster shutter speed capturing a quick splash on the rocks or go totally the other way and use a much slower shutter to show more water motion as it comes up on shore.
