freeelectron 0 Posted September 5, 2006 Helo~ I am a beginner of photography, and a new member here. Please give me critiques and comments, and help me to improve. Thanks. I used exposure compensation = -0.7 step, to make it more moody and saturated. No PS* Link to comment

j.k._york 0 Posted October 24, 2006 of your color work in this series, this is the best as far as use of frame with regards to balance of skin/flesh tones contrasted to the black dress which you capture well as your only true black is in the deepest shadow areas. nice color of carpet to push composition. my only critique would be that there is too much hard shadow around face since the hairline is lost in it. and i probably would have had here eyes looking to her knee to complete the square so to speak. anyway, good work. regards, J.K. freeelectron 0 Posted October 25, 2006 J.K. Thank you for your affirmation and suggestions. I will pay more attention on the lighting conditions when taking portraits. I am also saving money for a SB800 flash. I have also written a reply to you in my porfolio. Please check if you have time. Regards. Link to comment
