I'm still learning as well, so please take my critiques with a grain of salt.

 

I would like to see the area around her eyes sharpened a little. A little more sparkle in the right eye's iris would make this photo, IMHO. The contrast is good; the composition is good. Other than the 'sparkle,' this is a great shot!

I am learning as well, but I agree about the eyes needing a light touch of sharpening and just a little highlighting on the sparkle. An excellent pic.
