I love this kind of casual photos, made to look very uncasual, in fact, either by means of processing, either due to the particular angle chosen by the photographer. In this case it is both. Very interesting, I could watch this one for hours - it's got something relaxing and penetrating in the same time. (Funny, at the first glance I would have sworn this is in Poland, not Portugal:) S.

I actually was born above a bakery and grew up in one. This is image is really terrific. Working these small shops is very, very hard work. Bread making requires that all parties rise very early to ensure that fresh bread is ready early in the morning. If pastries or pattisseries are made, it often means work starts as early as three O'clock in the morning. Holidays often mean NO bedtime at all, since the shops are small and volume can be high. Congrats on an excellent image.
