Nice, but if it had been mine, I might have been tempted to crop it to horizontal, since the sky and the sand don't add anything for me.

The colour of this picture draw my attention. Great fore ground, draw my eyes to the horizon. Unfortunately, the horizon seems to be tipping to the right. Picture lacks visual balance, too much weight on the right hand side (that mount of tree and rock). I would re-take this picture and frame out that mount of tree and rock (too distracting). Also, use smaller aperature to increase DOF, so that you back ground can be in focus as well; longer exposure time to show water moment would be great as well.
