Red hair

Well it's my first try at a nude and I was trying to get an artistic

shot and not shoot a pic that everyone will scream "porno" at. Tell

me what you think.

Nice scene, but I would prefer, the the model should hold her breast elegant, with her right hand, and are placed more in center.

I agree with rainer and I wouldn't use 18/55. It deforms subjects when your are this close. legs are too small coparing to head. at least you could have put it on f5 or even less to get her body blured and the face and little of the brest focused. work on different poses. I will come again and hope to see more.

I do not think that holding the breast is needed and I certainly would not center it! Her hair is the focus of the photo, not her breast. As for the right hand, I would like to see it flat against her butt. That way there would be one continuous smooth line around her body that would not be interupted by her fingers. I'm not sure that it would be better or not, but that's the thought that came to mind. I'm a sucker for red hair, so I had to check your portfolio to see if there were any color shots of her. There it was! Same shot in color! I like seeing the hair color but I think the red carpet takes away from it. I also tend to lean twords B&W nudes so I liked her body better this way. So, why not have my cake and eat it too?! The attachment was just a quick job to show an example. Say the word and I'll be happy to remove it from here! Having said all of that, I think this is a great first nude! It is artistic, tasteful and says much more than "Here's a naked woman!". Have no fear at all of someone thinking this is pornography! Don't you dare change a single thing. And don't you dare listen to fools. This fine composition shows that you have a lot more going for you in the way of artistic ability than most pnetters would admit.

 

We have some very excellent masters of the B&W nude genre here on Pnet. If this is a line you wish to persue, I would suggest you study the works of, and begin writing back and forth to; Jim Adams, Ray Ellstadt, Manuel Schaffer and any others that you admire.
