This is a fine landscape and well titled, captured and presented. I agree with the favorable reviews, but I's like to be helpful with a consideration. It is printed very dark and the mood is more than "heavy", also the road and sky meet at about the median, tyhe road is really a bit dead placed in the center, rather than more to one side. I think your concept is trying to focus on the sky (which is dramatic) and also the road/pathway/trail is a principle focus point. I like you to consider what your are trying to say... is the road to infinity primitive, rough and challenging or is the sky suggesting that infinity is swirling -- trying to say both splits the composition and the artistic impact is fuzzy, where I really think you are making a strong statement. These are offered just for consideration and helping each other improve. To say great, beautiiful is less helpful feedback... althougth I feel something emotional here. Please keep making photographs that are worthy of comments best regards, Chips

@ chips,

if this is a critical comment, how do your flattering ones look?:-)) i always appreciate other views, because i am here to learn. it would be a bit childish to expect only hurrah comments. :-)

i love the dark and moody shots and i often enhance this with ps - hence i have placed it in the digitally manip section...

thanks for the time you have taken to write your comment... any time again chips! :-))

the biggest problem is not that it is a dark image, but that it is made darker but the black frame. A white frame would do more justice to this image. Nice work
