magnus2 0 Posted August 29, 2006 It was a windy day and the sea showed its muscles. How do you like the photo? Link to comment
stacey_d 0 Posted August 29, 2006 Soothing and turbulent at the same time......I love the water and waves...and the tones of this...Absolutely beautiful! Link to comment
htc 0 Posted August 29, 2006 Hi there,I like the BW conversion, the grays are really great, however the combination strong waves slow shutter does not work for me. I would preffer to see a high speed shot here; freezing the waves breaking would increase the impact.cheers, calin Link to comment
jmoody 0 Posted August 29, 2006 What a powerful shot. Love the way the waves seem to mount one on top of the other (rather than the way many "slow" shots make them all one misty levetl. Great black and white, and awesome pilings (what I wouldn't give to shoot this place). Might be good with a hair more space on the highest left piling, but not bad at all the way it is by the way, if you know, how many seconds was this? Link to comment
joemoree 0 Posted August 29, 2006 I like the composition, and the tones are good. The horizon could be tilted a bit though.Nice shot! Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted August 29, 2006 I do like the combinaison of waves and slow shutter. However, I would prefer a bit more sharpness ont the wood pilars. Just a tought. Cheers Link to comment
zephyrqueen69 0 Posted August 30, 2006 Beautiful capture. I like the way the waves are stacked. Great composition and DOF. I like the shutter speed you used for this shot. I really like the way the water is comming at the pylon from the side at the bottom left. Truely an excellent b&w capture. Link to comment
