Nice to see the clouds and the rainbow so clearly. Did you catch this picture as is shows now, or did you add the rainbow later?

I like the balance of this image a lot. The skyline and the zenith of the rainbow on near-thirds is perfect. The boat and village balanced but with enough dissonance to engage you...also perfect.

 

My only critique is that the crop would look better if the rainbow were perfectly centered horizontally, i.e. remove a small slice from the left side.

This is a fabulous shot! I LOVE photos from Norway & Sweden. It's gorgeous country up there! Your rainbow takes what would have been a lovely shot and makes it exceptional! :-)

Lucky you that someone "turned the rainbow on" for you. You have captured the desolate character of the Lofots extremely well.
