barros_carla 0 Posted August 20, 2006 ... that's what I first thought when I ran into this site. I am always interested in buildings that mirror-reflect their surroundings and I was pleased to see the end result of this photograph turned out to be quite different from the one I got with the first "Sky mirrors" (http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=4765872). I'm looking forward for your comments and tips. Thank you! Link to comment
Guest Posted August 20, 2006 Reflected sky tonality is too vivid if you compare it to surrounding one, you abused photoshop ;) Compo is fine anyway ! Link to comment
barros_carla 0 Posted August 20, 2006 In fact, in the original photo the sky came out nearly white - which I felt was a bit peculiar taking into account what the building was reflecting. But yes, I edited the reflection a bit :-) I had to gently get rid of a couple of lamps lighting from the inside of the offices, too. Link to comment
msr 0 Posted August 24, 2006 I've been thinking about the coments posted here. I personnaly would have cropped it differently as I dislike the right part of the building without the glass wall. Carla, if you don't mind me using your photo, I transformed it to a different idea, have a look Link to comment
fpferreira 0 Posted September 21, 2006 Discordo em pleno do crop (as minhas desculpas Miguel). O que julgo que nao adiciona nada a imagem e' talvez (so' talvez) a base do edificio. Por estar muito escuro?!... As silhuetas, essas sim, parecem-me muito bem. Ha qualquer coisa de desconcertante nesta imagem... Parabens! Link to comment
