I am no expert, nor am I the best example of my suggestions:

I think the background is uneven. The first thing I noticed what the fence to the right of the model. I think her face is a little under exposed.

Was this shot with a hand-held light meter or TTL?

It was metered TTL. (can't afford a handheld right now). I was going to try to alter the horizon, but it made her look like she was leaning too far to the right. I could try to darken the fence and brighten her face. Maybe that would help to keep your eyes from being drawn to the fence instead of her face.
