I'm not a fan of abstract art, and it would have taken me a while to figure out what this was if not for the caption. I wish there were an additional category for ratings, namely "technical". I would give it a 7 or 8 on technical for the nice job in catching lighting and keeping the clear focus on the stress marks on the fencewire. The "aesthetics" is more about personal preference than anything else.

Taken on a relatively warm winter morning in Syracuse, NY. Snow from

the roof was melting and dripping down on the fence, and had covered

the fence in an icy glaze. Would love to get some feedback. Thanks for

your input.
