Let me be the first to tell you (at least on Photo.net) that this is an awesome photo and that you did a great job on the tinting. Excellent choice! This is also very well composed and the lighting is very pleasing.

Lorraine, when i first saw this i thought it was one of your fabulous drawings, then when taking a closer look you can just make out it isnt, just go to show you how good your drawings are! this, as said before, is awesome, beautiful colours, great compositioning and the added colouring tops everything off, brilliant, well done. 11/11

This is really something special. When I read comments whining about "digital manipulation" being somehow cheating or unaesthetic, then look at a great effort such as this one, I know those folks are just flat misguided. Love the picture.

This a classic example of what a good photo suppose to be. Lighting, composition, DOF, perspective, colors and the list go on. Congratulations for doing such a excellent job and thanks for sharing!

I have seen quite a few similar approaches, but I still love this paintinglike and moody

picture. The composition and the tone are wonderful.

It is difficult to make an impact image of a kind that has been done often and well but this is right in the top group of the fence/barn landscapes of which I have seen many.

The toning is well done. Reminds me of the opening Kansas scenes in Wizard of Oz. The old fence is an interesting subject. If I were pushed to find something to criticise, and then only mildly, Lorraine,I might suggest that the scene is a little busy, with the bushes and all. But one I would be pleased to call one of my own too,I hasten to add. Good workmanship, Lorraine. Thanks for the opportunity to comment.
