Reflections

A play on shapes, lines, blacks and whites.

Great greyscale separation through this image. A couple of small critiques: the "large" version of this is too high resolution for the forum - I recommend posting at 1024 pixels in the largest dimension. Second, there looks to be a significant amount of digital noise and artifacting through the image.

First-rate abstract composition.

What a great work on composition, with a superbly achieved gray scale. You made a picture to look at for hours, with out loosing its allure.

Oh dear! Contrast, tilting lines, and fact that containing is so full of things, makes me dizzy... ...and happy! Clever leading lines. I like this a lot. Nice photos in your portfolio, too. -a-

Thank you all. It seems that my art theory lessons have all been combined in one picture. I am sure Peter my art teacher will be pleased. At times he did wonder what he was doing and had doubts. Wouldn't you if half the class was throwing clay up against the ceiling when he wasn't looking. Or flick paint at each other. Hey, I have stopped doing it. I express myself in a much more acceptable way.

Great shot, looking through your portfolio I see so many interesting shots. You have a very creative view on things. Keep up the good photos.
