IR toned

I like the effect of the IR and the just-barely-off-center composition. Turns what would have been a "snap-shot" into a really eye-catching photo. I'm not sure there's enough - I'm not sure what the right word is - movement? action? to really draw me into the picture though. A more dramatic cloud-cover or perhaps some sort of shadow across part of the fully lit side of the clock tower would have drawn me in deeper. I think it's a nice concept for a photo but perhaps not fully developed.

Ben... thanks for the input I agree...I took the photo from a busy overpass with my life flashing before my eyes...a more dramatic sky is in order
