Her expression and pose, combined with the dramtic lighting gives me a feeling that the character 9model) is indeed going through some sort of struggle, or bad relationship, etc. I love it when a photo makes you think. Nice work.

Love the rich oily tone of the image, and the contrast between her skin and the rough textured elements. Part of me wants to crop a bit of the left, but that's just my sense of balance.
