Mark,

Nice shot. Your model is attractive and this shot works well in B/W. Her natural expression adds to the shot. Composition does it for me as well. Thought this one in particular was among the strongest in your folder.

What button on the f90X does "sexy girl topless rolling in sand and sea foam"? Mine doesn't seem to have it!!!

;-)

cheers,

Mark,

I think this is a great compoistion. However at least as scanned and reproduced on my monitor the exposure is slightly off, with the water being over exposed. Perhaps just a touch of fill flash would help. That would brighten the model's face, add a catch light, and allow the water to be exposed a little less to preserve detail.

Every thing is ok - the composition, the model, the water- a part from one little detail that slightly desturbs me, which is her leg, either to hide it at all or show it all. I would'nt cut in that place

Thanks for your kind words, its amazing how nice comments inspire me.

The "sexy girl" button is sold seperatley by Nikon and seems to work pretty well, hehe.

Thanks again.

She's got a sexy playful look and I love the sea foam rolling over her body. Great feel to this photo and I'm glad it's B&W as I don't think it would have as much impact in color.

This is really a nice one Mark. The DOF fading the sea foam out is really nice. I wouldn't crop it any differently. I might try shooting a little more inline with her body so as not to crop off her legs... but that would be another image, not a substitute for this. Really nice B+W.

the overexposure of the water mentioned in another comment is actually what makes the photo for me. it almost looks like she is being covered by a blanket of cotton batting. very neat effect.

I really like it too. Nice even sand and great expression.

If Nikon has that button no wonder they make so much money!

The model could do with just a shade more exposure on her face, but the water is great, it really makes the shot. I'm sure the print looks better than the scan. The only other little thing is the cropping as someone else mentioned: just show a little less leg or all of it.
