I like the candidness of this image. The model is beautiful and she is showing an enigmatic smile that can be interpreted in many different ways. Technically, I like the graininess but I think the contrast is a little low. Some of the highlights are a little blown too, but that could be an enhancement if the picture were converted to a rich sepia. To my eye that would add a certain aged look that would make the highlights seemed flared and the result of using uncoated lenses. A smaller presentation would also concentrate the effect giving it a gem like quality. I've attached my own interpretation of this image just as food for thought. I played with the contrast and added a soft gaussian blur layer to make the highlights more luminescent and less harsh.
