I like it very much, it has some kind of misterious mood :), although I'm not a purist at all :)

As you can tell I'm no purist...thanks for your critique.

I like the color and whoosh of cloud like a contrail..the tree leans nicely towards it. I think I want to crop more of the landscape out leaving the whoosh like a bolt of lightning about to strike the tree...
