Jay, the color harmony in this image is fantastic and very distinctive. It appears that you manipulated the colors in the sea and in the clothing to blend--either way it has a very subtle range of colors, which works very well together. The only fault I can find with the image is the bright hand, which calls attention way from the face. The only improvement I could suggest is cropping the bottom about mid way on the upper leg rather than so close to the knee.
