Pietro, It appears as though this is heavy with the Burn tool in Photoshop. If not, my apologies. If you need to darken a bland sky, try the Gradient tool, using a sample of the existing skyline color, and fade it to lighter at the horizon (meaning draw your gradient from horizon to dark at top).
