Halogen lighting shone through a softbox, while using daylight balanced film caused the yellowing, which was, in this case, intentional. Scanned using an Epson 4870 - 48-bit color, 1200dpi, target size = original. Used PhotoShop to crop, resize, sharpen (twice), smudge out dust dots, increase contrast and saturation by a tad, and add the borders.
