Chilly Chena River

Tried using polarizer to get the sky darker, but I guess I need to learn how to use "real" B&W filters, like the red, yellow etc. Anyway, any comments on this would be appreciated, especially in the printing, any comments about possible burning/dodging to help the image. Thanks.
