Give your opinion as to why flowers get such poor responce here

Mostly because they don't have breasts i imagine! Flower photos have to be extreme to get noticed.. these are two beauties - well done :-)

Very nice. I like the way their stems are barely visible. Almost appears like two fancy butterflies at a glance.

I wish I know the answer! Maybe all of us who like to photograph flowers should unite and rate/comment our pics. Anyway, this is very nice, just maybe a bit more space bewteen the flower and the left edge?
