Nice portrait! The hands being cut off don't bother me, but the tangent with the ring and bottom frame bugs me a little. It's still a great photo.

Nice portrait, you could lose the whole hand and it would still be an excellent image :-)

Maybe so on the fingers croped off, but the theme is about her personality and lovely face which brings out that intense eye contact with the viewer.I think it's a great shot period.
