I took this one coming (or going cant remember) from a day trip to Manchester after 3 mounths of continuos North Wales rain and MSc hard work. The sun was out and I couldn't not notice the strange shadows on the Dreamer. I worked this one in Ilford Multigrade so that the Dreamer looked grainy and the awake people looked sharp.

The reflection was pulled out by burning the window (with an even exposure the reflection would be absent) so that the symbolic connection with the dreamworld/imageworld could be there.

It took me a couple of hours and 5 or 6 takes :)! But this was when I had the chance of spending that much time in a lab!
