mark_tso 0 Posted July 7, 2006 Hi! Sometimes when I can't take pictures because of the problematic light conditions, I start to shoot only lights and shadows compositions. It's lacks details and portrait features but IMHO, it gives me an opportunity to reveal the athmosphere of the event... What do You think about it?.... Link to comment

papasan 0 Posted July 7, 2006 it works for me too. This is well done. There isa good sense of movement in this image. I like that. Composition-wise I may have tried to place the subjects a bit off-center to the left but it's still a very strong image. I like the quality of the lighting and the halo effect on the silouettes. Great job Mark. Link to comment
mark_tso 0 Posted July 7, 2006 Kraig and Michel, thank You for comments! Michel - I thought about it at the session but I wanted to keep the left spot in the corner to visualy frame the scene... Link to comment
giuseppe_miriello1 0 Posted July 8, 2006 Hi mark... it is indeed a strong image, really energetic while remaining quite detailed. Going aganist light create silouhettes, and dancers can give very elegant and weird ones... this one works for me... and if possible i would keep on shooting on this kind of subject and would try to get as much close as possible to them (if possible). regards g.
