The lighting on the model's face and behind the model is sunlight bouncing off a mirrored window. The lighting on the rest of the shot is sunlight filtered through a translucent scrim. Scanned using an Epson 4870 - 48-bit color, 1200dpi, target size = original. Used PhotoShop to crop, resize, sharpen (once), smudge out dust dots, boost contrast and saturation by a tad, and add the borders.
