The lighting coming from behind the model is sunlight bouncing off a mirrored window. The rest of the shot is sunlight filtered through a translucent scrim. Scanned using an Epson 4870 - 16-bit grayscale, 800dpi, target size = 768 x 1024. Used PhotoShop to crop, resize, sharpen (once), smudge out dust dots, add tone, and add the borders. The contrast was not touched.
