Thanks everyone. I didn't count using her Teddy Bear to set the light ratios as my first attempt:) I will admit to a little dodging of the background in PS. They grow so quickly and I can't wait to get this all down before the twins arrive in December.

A little minipulation in PS is fine. Who cares when you capture a moment like this! Fabulous expression, great lighting. She's a treasure... and congrats on the twins on the way!

Wonderful hi-key capture. Shadows all in the right places :) Not easy & deserves much better ratings! Those that rated, obviously have no experience with kids & hi-key :) I do.....nice job! Nice eye detail too!

 

Just for fun, I might soften a little, adjust the color balance a little & frame. Just for fun, not because it needs it!

I too understand the difficulties of shooting hi-key. This is very well done. I like the catchlights in her eyes. She is so cute, I bet you have so much fun capturing her as she grows up.
