Great lighting and exposure but may I suggest a few things? (Maybe applicable in future)Some cropping. Since it's a hair styling competition, I reckon you should crop to bring as much focus on that aspect as possible. Your model is very striking. I wish the fringe didn't cover that small part of her right eye...Since it's primarily to show off hair, perhaps select a smaller aperture to increasr your DOF to ensure all the hair is in sharp focus, otherwise the face draws attention away from the hair - especially for such a stunning model ;)
