john jerney 0 Posted June 22, 2006 Francisca, Beautiful image. You captured the moment perfectly! I'm curious what lens you used and if you used a tripod. Thanks, John Link to comment
frivera 0 Posted June 22, 2006 I used my Canon 28-75 (not very good, I know). Exiff are: 1/15 sec, f 5.6, focal 25mm, ISO 800, without tripod or flash. Thanks, everybody for comments and rates. Link to comment
john jerney 0 Posted June 22, 2006 Francisca, Thanks for the info. I'm even more impressed knowing you shot this without a tripod. You have a steady hand. Cheers! John Link to comment

peter_h_ggl_f 0 Posted June 23, 2006 Very good capture, but a white whale is not a fish... Link to comment
kentb2 0 Posted June 24, 2006 I really like the illuminated turquoise light and the floor sheen silhouetting the figure. A fine composition and timing arrangement of whale to man. Link to comment
frivera 0 Posted June 24, 2006 Yes, Peter, you're right. This is a beluga whale and it's not a fish. But it makes a good title, don't you think? :) Link to comment
Colores magnificos. Saludos. Es un gran foton. Link to comment
Link to comment
claire 0 Posted January 3, 2007 Well, I'm sure you've had your fair share of congratulations on this image but it is well earned none-the-less. regards claire Link to comment
Un abrazo, Iker Link to comment
Link to comment
laure 0 Posted September 24, 2008 I have a similar shot in my portfolio, but I think your rendering of it is more effective. I like the face-a-face of these two. And how crisp your image is. Link to comment
