ransford 0 Posted June 28, 2006 This is certainly one of your very best. Having perused my images so thoughtfully, you would know how much I would like this one. The composition is so masterful that one has to look for it to recognize it. The temperatures are extremely effective. This is almost unique in not being color nor black white. Neither monochromatic nor duotone. This could have entailed a great deal of work, but I cannot tell because very little is immediately obvious. Uniquely Tim Hicks! Link to comment
timohicks 0 Posted July 4, 2006 Well thanks Ransford; The only thing that bother's me is a little filter noise (but that may be due more to my insistence on absolute control) otherwise I agree with you, its unique, ironically, I have not be able to duplicate this blend. Thanks again. Link to comment

timohicks 0 Posted August 29, 2006 You can actually see a little more of the tree in other shots in this series but my guest considering its very broad growth is 60 to 70 years old. Thanks for your interest. Tim Link to comment
