clayton_berg 0 Posted December 13, 2006 Thank you for your comment on my photo. I don't really shoot under heavy foilage like this very often so it's hard for me to give alot of advice. It does look a little soft. I would guess that your focus was probably locked on the foilage nearest to you, which left everything else in the shot a bit soft. Choosing a smaller apature and being more careful where you lock your focus will help that. Also shooting under that much foilage means you'll have bright light streaming through the trees, which means part of your shot will be either way under exposed or part of it will be blown out. I know that shooting in forests like this can sometimes best be achieved on a overcast day when the light is very even. Hope this helps, keep shooting. Best regards. Link to comment
