Your title is tuk tuks so I would expect to see more emphasis of them. You have tried to put too much in the picture; there is just too much background. The bright buildings distract the eye, wich is always drawn to the lightest or most colourful part of the image. The side lighting has put the interesting parts of the tuk tuks in the shade which is unfortunate as you just have a dark mass where the centre of interest should be.

It looks like you have used a polarizing filter at the wrong time. You have strong oblique light which has caused an uneven sky. Polorizers work best when the sun is behind you or directly overhead. A wide angle lens will just emphasize uneven sky as I can see clearly.

If you got in closer with a wide angle lens and increased the exposure, to take account of the dark areas, you might have got a successful image. But to be honest the shot would only work well if the tuk tuks were facing the opposite way in the direction of the sun.
