Firstly, thanks for looking at my pic. It's good to hear comments. Secondly, I like how you've tried to show this bike from all angles. It's amazing how many interesting and intriguing bits you can find when you look :-)

Of the pictures of the bicycle, this is the best in my opnion. The composition could be a little better, maybe if the center (currently) where shifted a little more to the left and up. I don't know if you are familiar with the rule of thirds (which doesn't mean it applies to all photos), but the angle would have alowed for a more interesting composition. Your focus is good, and lighting is good, but as always, lighting is usually the key to good photography. Your main object is nice, but the metallic part is a little to shiny and may draw the eye of the viewer away from the main image.

Love the whole My Old Bike series. The focal range is excellent right down to the cracks in the side walls. I remember these little generators run by friction thinking whoaaaa! that's totally cool.
