david_cassidy2 0 Posted June 9, 2006 Ah, to the warmer climes of Italy ... in particular, to the beautiful city of Pisa. You can almost feel the air of the Mediterranean brushing across your skin. Alas, they didn't build Rome in a day ... and Pisa's most famous of landmarks took 200 years. The funny thing is, while engineers and scientists have struggled for centuries to straighten this thing, all it really took was a visit from ShadowMan. I appreciate any comments or critiques. Thank you. Link to comment
tinaforgetphotography 0 Posted June 9, 2006 Fantastic, David! Your clever imagination knows no bounds! This addition to the ShadowMan Series is hilarious! I love it. I now believe it is safe to say, I have lost track of which one is my favorite! What a wonderful story-teller you are! I await the next adventure with great anticipation. david_cassidy2 0 Posted June 11, 2006 Thanks for your comments. But if you check my portfolio and see ShadowMan #4, you will realize that there is almost NO Photoshop here. I build all of these shadows through carefully built and lit "sets". I've included a pic of the "set" for ShadowMan #4 ... -David :) Link to comment
jnicholson 0 Posted June 11, 2006 Simply excellent, David. Including a setup picture is always a huge plus in my mind. Your set is just fantastic. I like how the shadow man seems to be looking at his shadow. With the lack of chain coming off the real shadow man's bike, it's as though he is daydreaming about the day he becomes the hero (or maybe not) of Pisa. Wonderful shot. Link to comment
paula grenside 0 Posted June 15, 2006 Excellent! Extremely original, creative. So you have found the way to straighten the Pisa Tower:-) Link to comment
ramz1 0 Posted June 15, 2006 This is awesome... I love the chain. And to see a glimps of what goes into ShadowMan is amazing. Keep them coming. Link to comment
