Vincent ... I'm sad that I'm so late coming to this. I love the painterly feel to the landscape, and I love the sky. What a beautiful place!!

Vincent, after reading all the critiques, it is hard to add anything. This is truly and extraordinary shot of an extraordinary place. Thanks for making it available to us. And thanks for taking the time to get it right. I vote FOR the foreground, but I wonder if a bit less of it would be.....

A rel pleasure visiting one of your great Hawaiian landscapes.

I have to state my disagreement about the rocks in the foreground being a minus. IMHO they anchor the image and give the incredibly deep field a long perspective. They are an essential part of this great landscape
