assorted critters Chessie

This was an experiment using a Sunpak FP-38 flash connected to my D50

with an SC-17 cable. The flash was positioned (hand held) in front of

Chessie while I shot her profile. This was one case where it's nice

to have long arms! Working backwards... The exposure was 1/125th @

f/25 (ISO 200), so that would have put the flash about 3 feet in

front of her face.

I love cats, and this is one of the best shots I have ever seen. Rating would be 7/7.

Wow, love Chessie's eyes here, Bob. Great definition. The experiment with the flash paid off also with terrific definition in the whiskers.
