Guest Guest Posted May 28, 2006 Great. I've also played with the idea of trying to replicate an old master work. This one is the "Danae", am I right? There is also a great similar type from Goya "Maja". To really get all the props right is difficult and requires a lot of eye for details. I think you've done a good job with the lighting. It's a bit like a Rembrandt style cross lighting (object and bg from different sides). Titian had his lighting more side-parallel? May be a bit tight composition though. Anyway, I like the idea and the execution. You have not been afraid of trouble, bother and work - very good! My hat's off! Link to comment
