White Daisies Against the Blue Sky

What starts out as an outstanding shot falls short with the "average" sky and blown out highlights on the upper left of the frame.

Dont get me wrong, its fine as is....but to be EXCEPTIONAL it needs a more impressive sky and perhaps more "feeling"

Good compo and colour... maybe with a fill in flash or with a white paper reflecting the lightover the flowers you could get a brilliant image. Anyway, nice work.

I did try using flash. I used several layers of white napkin to cover the build-in flash to reduce the output, but the big differnce of distances of so many flowers from the camera made it impossible to have an even fill-in. I also tried to use white paper as reflector (I had only paper towel in my car). However, it was very windy (I took the picture at 1/1000 second). It was very difficult for me to hold the camera while stretching the paper towel. Thanks for your constructive commnets. I will bring my reflector this long weekend and try my luck one more time.
