The main thing I would change is to place the horizon line at a point about one third up or one third down the frame, not so close to dead center as this makes for a static or uninteresting composition. It is a common error when learning photographic composition. Yes, rules are made to be broken, but there should be a compelling reason, which does not exist here. Hope this is of use.
