I like the play on contrast and textures, as well as the competing lines. It is a thinking type of shot.

OK with MBarbu for the oversharpenning.

The basic concept is good, so is the framing

The sharpening may be a bit high, but mostly the contraste is much too high

this is what causes people to think the shapness is too high

you whites are too white and you blacks a burned and finaly...you hardly have anu mid-tones at all.

 

Work on these a bit, because the picture is worth the effort

 

I hope to see a revised version
