Dejected Penguin

This is my favourite of the folder. Before I even saw the title I thought of an old homeless guy trudging down the street. Very evocative - a great composition. Let me ask you, how much film did you go through on this trip?

Great! When I saw this at first glance I had to think of a penguin who had for the first time asked a lady to go out with him and... failed miserably. And yes, the title is very fitting!

This is just great! It reminds me of the saying, "All dressed up with no place to go." Nice shot!

This is fabulous. I mean this is just so good, it's making me anthropomorphise all over the place feeling bad for the little guy.

and she's suantering down the beach... really working those hips... confindent.. a real man eater!..

 

err.. do penguins have hips?

The reflection, broken from the receeding water, really makes the image for me. I keep grinning at your pix of these goofy creatures.

Funny, I guess everyone has different reactions/emotions to different photographs. This one makes me laugh -- keeps me smiling! I see him as a little kid -- he's sad now, but he'll bounce back in no time! Awesome shot... so so so awesome.

I love your penguin photos but this is my favorite! Well done!
