Mountain Biking

I think that as a portrait this is too blurred to really reveal anything about the subject, other than it is somebody into biking. Maybe panning with the bike to blur the background but leave the subject at least recognisable?

Perfect example of Impressionistic Photography

I loved this one, very well done. I can feel the movement of the biker.

I like the effect, though the cropping is a bit aggressive for my own tastes.
